At divesnaps.com we’d rather be out taking photos than inside printing and packaging orders. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Fotomoto. Fotomoto allows us to do what we love, yet still provide you with quality prints, at a reasonable cost.
All of the images on divesnaps.com are available for purchase in a variety of formats. You can order premium prints as small as 4″x6″, as well as fine art canvas prints, greeting cards, and digital downloads.
Most of our images are also available for commercial licensing, and can be supplied in a variety of formats, including web-ready graphics or high resolution TIFFs or JPEGs. If you are interested in licensing one or more of our images for commercial use, please get in touch with us for a specific quote.

Ordering
Ordering is easy. Simply click on the ‘Buy Print’, ‘Buy Card’ or ‘Download’ buttons below your favorite images.
The Fotomoto widget will then popup, allowing you to select your preferred product and size, and fill in your shipping information. You will then be taken to Fotomoto’s secure checkout page to make your payment. Fotomoto accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Shipping
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from Fotomoto which will include a link to check your order status. When your order is shipped you will receive a second email with a link to track the shipping progress. If you did not receive an email, please contact support.
Premium prints generally ship in 2-3 business days, and Fine Art prints generally ship in 7 business days. Delivery time depends of course on which shipping option you chose. Once shipped we will provide you with the links needed to track your package.
If you purchased a digital download you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your download.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email customer service. You may return your item within 30 days and the cost of your item will be refunded. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If you made a mistake in your order, please contact support with your order number within 24 hours and explain the problem. Most likely they will cancel the order and you can try again.
Copyright notice
When you purchase a print of an image from divesnaps.com, you are provided with the actual print, and are granted the right to display the print for viewing for non-commercial purposes. However, unless specifically authorized, you may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilize the image in any manner without prior written authorization – you will own the print, not the rights to the original image.
When you purchase a digital download you will be given the option to chose how you intend to use the image, either for personal or commercial use.
A personal license allows you to use the image for personal use only. It may be used on your computer, phone, or other personal devices, such as a desktop wallpaper, however absolutely no business use or public display is permitted.
A commercial license allows you to use the image for the following:
- Ad: Websites, CD, DVD, newspaper, magazine, or other printed material
- Non-Sellable Material: Product packaging, catalogs, brochures, promotional greeting cards, promotional postcards, promotional posters, corporate presentations, film and video
- Book,CD, DVD: Cover or content of a Book, CD, DVD, or similar material
- Editorial Material: Printed magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, online or electronic publications or other uses including web pages and video
- Items for Resale: Prints, stationery, posters, calendars, mugs, mousepads, t-shirts, games, electronic templates for resale, on websites, brochures, business cards, e-cards, or other reproductions for personal or business use
- Distribution: Sub-license, give away, share or otherwise transfer stand-alone images/files
